Mr. Yehia Mostafa Mohamed holds an LL.B. from Cairo University (1987), along with diplomas in Criminal Sciences and in Financial & Economic Sciences, and a Master’s degree in Law and Financial Sciences.
He served as General Manager at the Egyptian Tax Authority, focusing on Value Added Tax, before building a specialized practice in tax and customs disputes connected to maritime transport, ship operations and international trade in goods.
At Soliman Advocates, he leads the firm’s Tax & Customs practice, advising shipowners, cargo traders and logistics companies on double taxation treaties, VAT and customs disputes tied to shipping and port operations.
