Former General Manager, Safaga & Red Sea Customs · Admitted before the Court of Appeal since 2022

Mr. Mohamed Shazly Ismail holds an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University (1980–1984), and a Diploma in Customs and Free Zones from the Faculty of Commerce, Suez Canal University (1992), where he ranked first in his class.

He spent his career with the Egyptian Customs Authority, rising through legal affairs, tariff and customs administration roles across Suez, Nuweiba, Safaga and the Red Sea, before being appointed General Manager of Safaga and Red Sea Customs — his final government post.

He joined Soliman Advocates in 2022 and has since been admitted before the Court of Appeal, specializing in customs and free-zone disputes connected to maritime transport.
