Mr. Magdy Mahmoud Moussa holds a Bachelor of Law from Alexandria University and has been a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 1984.
He built his career with the Red Sea Ports Authority and the Suez Canal Economic Zone, rising to General Director of Legal Affairs, where he supervised litigation, contracts, investigations and administrative matters.
He served as the legal member of the committee protecting the Red Sea Ports from marine pollution under Egypt’s Environmental Law, coordinating with the police and public prosecution, and represented the Authority before the Council of Ministers and various judicial and administrative bodies.
He joined Soliman Advocates as Legal Counsel specializing in Ports and Maritime Law.
